Responsibilities and Roles

1. Coordinate with production departments and reporting managers to plan production activities and improve runtime.
2. Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
3. Develop and review production plans with all production department Managers for approval with the Sr. Manager – Production.
4. Monitor the execution of production plans and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
5. Investigate production problems, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions.
6. Communicate production status to Managers/Management regularly.
7. Analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule production operations.
8. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excess stock.
9. Prepare and maintain reports for production planning activities in SAP and submit to management as needed.
10. Prepare a Bill of Materials using SAP software.
